Located between Liverpool and Manchester, Warrington is rightly famous for being at the heart of Rugby League.
The Cheshire town boasts a number of great restaurants, retail parks and entertainment options for ALL!
Fans who are attending this venue will need to print their ticket(s) at home and bring a copy with them to the game, as digital/mobile tickets cannot be scanned at this venue.
Warrington's Halliwell Jones Stadium will host three Men’s group games and a Men's quarter final. The town will be the team base for the Papua New Guinea (Men's) team.

Once logged in, select the ‘My Tickets’ option from the menu bar
You will now be able to see a list of tickets you have booked.
Please make sure to print a copy of each ticket and bring it with you to the match if the fixture is held at St James' Park, Halliwell Jones or Riverside Stadium).

BY TRAIN
Located approximately 5 minutes walk from the stadium, the nearest train station is Warrington Central Station. Warrington Central is located on the southern route of the Liverpool to Manchester lines, with a direct train from Manchester Airport. Another nearby station is Warrington Bank Quay, which is approximately a 20 minute walk from the stadium. Bank Quay station is on the West Coast Main Line with express services to London Euston and Birmingham New Street.
BY BUS
There are several bus links from areas within and outside of Warrington to Warrington Interchange, which is a short walk from the stadium. Please use the journey planner to plan your route. On match days, spectators can purchase discounted day tickets from the driver. Show your match ticket and ask the driver for an Adult or Child Match Day ticket. Adults are £4.00 and Children £2.00
WALKING ROUTE
The walk from Warrington Central Station and Warrington Interchange both take approximately 5 minutes. The walk from Warrington Bank Quay to Halliwell Jones Stadium takes approximately 20 minutes. Please see the map, or use our journey planner, to plan your route
BY CAR
The postcode to use for The Halliwell Jones Stadium is WA2 7NE, however for directions by car, use the RLWC2021 journey planner.
CAR PARKING
While no parking is available at Halliwell Jones Stadium, there are many local car parks which operate on a first come first served basis. Keep in mind that car park charges will apply.
Ticket Office
The ticket office will open three hours prior to kick-off and will close at halftime. Please note for double header matches, the opening time will be three hours prior to the first kick off and closing time will be around half time of the second match.

Arrive in plenty of time
Doors open 90 minutes before kick off. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and locate your entry point. Then enjoy the hospitality of our host and any pre-match entertainment on offer along with soaking up the atmosphere ahead of the match.
Payment Methods
RLWC2021 prefer cashless for all payment methods. RLWC2021 recommend, where possible, contactless payment is used.
No Re-entry
We are operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue, you cannot exit and re-enter. SECURITY CHECKS
If asked by venue stewards, RLWC2021 staff or volunteers to take part in any security checks we ask you to co-operate and comply. Failure to comply may result in refused entry with no refund.

RLWC2021 will continue to follow government guidance relating to COVID-19.
Counter Terrorism
Counter Terrorism Policing is working with the Rugby League World Cup 2021 to encourage the public to be vigilant for anything that doesn’t seem right, and to report it to security or a police officer. Security is a team effort. When you are in our stadium, be aware of your surroundings. Report anything that doesn’t seem right to a steward. Trust your instincts and ACT. In an emergency call 999.


THINGS TO DO IN WARRINGTON
Warrington town centre offers great opportunities for shopping, recreation and leisure. Key highlights include Golden Square shopping centre, offering both retail and hospitality alongside the town’s main RLWC2021 fanzone, Warrington market and Cookhouse, our live entertainment venues Parr Hall and Pyramid, Warrington’s museum and art gallery and a host of pubs, bars and restaurants. During the World Cup, all games will be screened at the Golden Square fanzone and a range of pop up RLWC, community and wellbeing activities will take place at Time Square on weekends throughout the tournament, including the popular Ligth Night on the 22nd and 23rd October.
