Fans who are attending this venue will need to print their ticket(s) at home and bring a copy with them to the game, as digital/mobile tickets cannot be scanned at this venue.

You will now be able to see a list of tickets you have booked.
Please make sure to print a copy of each ticket and bring it with you to the match if the fixture is held at St James' Park, Halliwell Jones or Riverside Stadium).

Located 0.6 miles away from the station, the nearest train station is Newcastle Central Train Station. Newcastle Central Train Station is located on the East Coast Mainline, with high-speed inter-city services southbound every half an hour from London.
From Newcastle Coach Station, National Express operate a coach service. From Newcastle Central Station, Megabus also operate a coach service. Both services provide frequent services across the UK, with links to Europe.
Coach travel to the Rugby League World Cup 2022
To reach the stadium by metro, take the yellow or green line to Monument Station. From here, St James’ Park is 0.4 miles away. Customers travelling from nearby coastal regions can take the tram to St James’ Park metro station
From Newcastle Central Station, St James’ Park is approximately a 13-minute walk. Please see the map, or use our journey planner, to plan your route.

Car parking is available at the stadium on a first come first serve basis but must be booked directly with the venue by phone on 0191 201 8558. Please only drive to the stadium if you’ve pre-booked a parking ticket.
The ticket office will open three hours prior to kick-off and will close at halftime. Please note for double header matches, the opening time will be three hours prior to the first kick off and closing time will be around half time of the second match.

Arrive in plenty of time
Doors open 120 minutes before kick off. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and locate your entry point. Then enjoy the hospitality of our host and any pre-match entertainment on offer along with soaking up the atmosphere ahead of the match.
RLWC2021 prefer cashless for all payment methods. RLWC2021 recommend, where possible, contactless payment is used.
We are operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue, you cannot exit and re-enter. SECURITY CHECKS
If asked by venue stewards, RLWC2021 staff or volunteers to take part in any security checks we ask you to co-operate and comply. Failure to comply may result in refused entry with no refund.

Counter Terrorism Policing is working with the Rugby League World Cup 2021 to encourage the public to be vigilant for anything that doesn’t seem right, and to report it to security or a police officer. Security is a team effort. When you are in our stadium, be aware of your surroundings. Report anything that doesn’t seem right to a steward. Trust your instincts and ACT. In an emergency call 999.

There’s plenty more to see and do while visiting Newcastle. Great North Museum and Discovery Museum are fantastic, f ree-entry museums for natural history, science and the story of Newcastle – a city 2,000 years in the making. If acclaimed restaurants are your thing, book in advance at Trakol, Khai Khai, The Broad Chare or House of Tides. For a more relaxed night out, head to By The River Brew Co. for local ales and street food or the Ouseburn for live music. The Sunday Quayside Market is the place to be for crafts, gifts and more delicious North East food.
