Follow the instructions below in order to access your tickets.

Log-in to your ticket account at https://tickets.rlwc2021.com/ 

Once logged in, select the ‘My Tickets’ option from the menu bar 

You will now be able to see a list of tickets you have booked. 

Please make sure to print a copy of each ticket and bring it with you to the match if the fixture is held at St James' Park, Halliwell Jones or Riverside Stadium).

BY TRAIN

Manchester Victoria train station, served by local and regional services from destinations across the North of England, is just 2 miles from the stadium. Manchester’s principal railway station, Manchester Piccadilly station, is also nearby (3 miles). Piccadilly station is served by long distance intercity and cross country services to national destinations including London, Edinburgh and Cardiff. From these train stations, you are able to reach the stadium by bus or tram.

BY BUS

There are several bus links from Manchester city centre to Old Trafford: From China Town, take bus number V1 to Old Trafford. Alternatively, from Piccadilly Gardens, take bus number 255, 256 or 263 to Warwick Road. Customers can also reach the stadium by taking the X50 bus from Deansgate Station to Waterside. Manchester operates a free bus service within the city centre – for more information, please visit www.tfgm.com

BY COACH

Take the day off driving and forget expensive parking charges, simply board from locations across the UK and return after the match ends.

BY TRAM

To reach the stadium by tram, take the Altrincham Line from Manchester Piccadilly, alighting at Old Trafford; the Eccles Line from Manchester Piccadilly, alighting at Exchange Quay; The Trafford Centre line from Cornbrook, alighting at Wharfside. Tram services run every 10 to 20 minutes. 

BY CAR

The postcode to use for Old Trafford is M16 0RA. For directions by car, use the RLWC2021 journey planner.

CAR PARKING

General car parking is available on a first come first served basis. This must be booked in advance here

Ticket Office

The ticket office will open three hours prior to kick-off and will close at halftime. Please note for double header matches, the opening time will be three hours prior to the first kick off and closing time will be around half time of the second match.

Arrive in plenty of time 

Doors open 90 minutes before kick off. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and locate your entry point. Then enjoy the hospitality of our host and any pre-match entertainment on offer along with soaking up the atmosphere ahead of the match.

RLWC2021 prefer cashless for all payment methods. RLWC2021 recommend, where possible, contactless payment is used.

No Re-entry

We are operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue, you cannot exit and re-enter. SECURITY CHECKS
If asked by venue stewards, RLWC2021 staff or volunteers to take part in any security checks we ask you to co-operate and comply. Failure to comply may result in refused entry with no refund.

Counter Terrorism

Counter Terrorism Policing is working with the Rugby League World Cup 2021 to encourage the public to be vigilant for anything that doesn’t seem right, and to report it to security or a police officer. Security is a team effort. When you are in our stadium, be aware of your surroundings. Report anything that doesn’t seem right to a steward. Trust your instincts and ACT. In an emergency call 999.
