Ali Brigginshaw shone as Australia overwhelmed New Zealand 54-4 to win their third consecutive women's Rugby League World Cup.

Brigginshaw rolled back the years to help the Jillaroos cross 10 times in a one-sided Old Trafford showpiece.

Jessica Sergis, Isabelle Kelly and Kennedy Cherrington crossed for doubles while Julia Robinson, Evania Pelite, Tarryn Aiken and Emma Tonegato also got their names on the scoresheet, Madison Bartlett replying with a consolation for the Kiwi Ferns in the second half.
