The RLWC2021 Innovation Academy Internship programme is an opportunity for the next generation of up and coming talent to gain a hands-on experience and develop themselves further in a unique working environment.
The programme will offer no ordinary internships but ones with real responsibility from day one. It is proposed that interns will benefit from on the job learning and be surrounded by experts working on a major sporting event. Innovation Academy will offer outstanding opportunities to gain experience and really test interns.
The programme will look to make the most of an intern’s talent and will focus on 70% learning on the job, 20% learning from your manager, peers and mentor, 10% learning through structured courses and role-specific training.
What we're looking for:
Prospective Interns must have a passion for working on a major sporting event that has an emphasis on a world class customer experience that embraces technology and innovation. Our interns to be at the forefront of the next big industry developments that can bring their diverse and up to date ideas to the table. We would want interns that are naturally curious and are looking to take steps to get ahead of the game when it comes to their own careers and personal development.
What you need to apply:
To apply, interns must be either recently qualified or in their final year of studies as well as being in a position to work full time. You must be in good academic standing and proficiency in English is a must.
You must have the appropriate right to work. All positions will be on either a 12 month or 24 month fixed term contract
